I’m thrilled to announce another exciting performance of my music inspired by art coming up this November.\u00a0I’d also like to ask that you consider helping me make this special project a reality.<\/strong><\/div>\n

The\u00a0Parrish Art Museum<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>est. 1898,\u00a0<\/strong>a prestigious museum in the Hamptons, will open\u00a0the doors of a brand new facility this November.\u00a0To celebrate the public opening on November 10,\u00a0the Museum has chosen to feature two performances of my piece\u00a0Watercolors<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for wind quintet (flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, and bassoon) inspired by the watercolor paintings of\u00a0Charles Ephraim Burchfield<\/strong>\u00a0(1893-1967).<\/p>\n

\n

Watercolors<\/em>\u00a0will be performed by a wonderful ensemble of accomplished musicians,\u00a0The Chelsea Quintet<\/strong>.\u00a0The group’s affiliated parent organization,\u00a0The Chelsea Symphony<\/a><\/strong>, is the resident symphony orchestra of\u00a0the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.<\/p>\n
