Announcing the World Premiere of\u00a0Transforming Forest<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(2018) for piano, violin, and cello,\u00a0commissioned by Montage Music Society<\/strong>, Santa Fe’s chamber ensemble dedicated to music inspired by visual art.<\/p>\n

\"SITEThe World Premiere is presented by\u00a0SITE Santa Fe<\/strong>, a world-renowned space for contemporary art. The program will be repeated on Montage Music Society’s Altazano Salon Series.<\/p>\n

I composed\u00a0Transforming Forest<\/em>\u00a0in response to the four incredible installations created by British artist Andy Goldsworthy<\/strong> in the Presidio of San Francisco. These site-specific artworks resonate deeply with me and I hope to share some small piece of that\u00a0through my music.\u00a0Visit my website about the\u00a0project<\/a>\u00a0for descriptions of my music and\u00a0the artworks that inspired it.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
